Emily Domenech - Executive Director

Trump Administration Presidential Appointee Emily Domenech serves as the Executive Director of the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (Permitting Council). A Hill veteran with extensive knowledge and experience in the energy, infrastructure and permitting space, Domenech brings both private and public sector expertise to her new role.

Manisha Patel - Deputy Executive Director

Manisha Patel is the Deputy Executive Director of the Permitting Council. She has been leading the development and implementation of federal environmental law and policy for over 25 years, working with public agencies, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, and academia.

Taylor Childress - Chief of Staff

Trump Administration Presidential Appointee Taylor Childress serves as Chief of Staff for the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (Permitting Council). A seasoned professional in the energy industry and federal permitting policy, Childress brings a comprehensive blend of public and private sector expertise to her leadership role at the Permitting Council.

Scott Prutting - Special Assistant

Special Assistant Scott Prutting joins the Permitting Council with legislative experience in appropriations and an energy background. In his role as Special Assistant, he will provide policy analysis and project management expertise in support of the administration’s goals.

Jennifer Mallard - Director of FAST-41 Infrastructure Portfolio Management and Engagement

Jennifer Mallard is the Director of FAST-41 Infrastructure Portfolio Management and Engagement for The Permitting Council, Office of Executive Director where she leads the senior project advisor staff and manages the FAST-41 covered project portfolio, which represents nearly $100 billion in economic investments.

Adriel Pond - Director of Operations

Adriel Pond is the Director of Operations for the Permitting Council, where she oversees daily operations and ensures the necessary resources and controls are in place to support the execution of the FAST-41 mission.

Angela Colamaria - General Counsel

Angela Colamaria is the General Counsel and is part of the Permitting Council’s leadership team where she provides strategic legal guidance to support the agency’s efforts to modernize and improve the permitting process.

Craig Litteken - Deputy Director of FAST-41 Infrastructure Portfolio Management and Engagement

Craig Litteken is the Deputy Director of FAST-41 Infrastructure Portfolio Management and Engagement where he is responsible for providing direct support in the execution of the overall program planning and direction, work planning and distribution, and general management of the Infrastructure Portfolio Management and Engagement team.
