Jennifer Mallard - Director of FAST-41 Infrastructure Portfolio Management and Engagement
Jennifer Mallard is the Director of FAST-41 Infrastructure Portfolio Management and Engagement for The Permitting Council, Office of Executive Director where she leads the senior project advisor staff and manages the FAST-41 covered project portfolio, which represents nearly $100 billion in economic investments.

Craig Litteken - Deputy Director of FAST-41 Infrastructure Portfolio Management and Engagement
Craig Litteken is the Deputy Director of FAST-41 Infrastructure Portfolio Management and Engagement where he is responsible for providing direct support in the execution of the overall program planning and direction, work planning and distribution, and general management of the Infrastructure Portfolio Management and Engagement team.
