Notice: In accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-25-21, Advancing Governance, Innovation, and Risk Management for Agency Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Permitting Council has completed an internal assessment to determine whether the agency currently uses, or anticipates using, any "covered AI" as defined in the memorandum. It has been determined that the Permitting Council does not currently use, nor does it anticipate using, covered AI systems as defined in Section 3 of M-25-21.
