WASHINGTON (January 13, 2026) – Today, the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (Permitting Council) announces the posting of the DeLamar Project to the FAST-41 Transparency Dashboard. This gold and silver mining project is located in Owyhee County in southwest Idaho.

“I am pleased to welcome the DeLamar project as the 52nd mining project in the FAST-41 portfolio,” said Permitting Council Executive Director Emily Domenech. “In less than a year the Council has helped complete permitting for seven mining projects, and we’re excited to continue to prioritize this critical sector in 2026. I look forward to working with our federal partners and the project sponsor to ensure a transparent and efficient federal permitting process.”

Sponsored by Integra Resources, the project comprises the historic DeLamar and adjacent Florida Mountain deposits. The Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Land Management is the lead agency for the project.

“The DeLamar Project’s inclusion on the Federal Permitting Dashboard represents a meaningful milestone, and Integra Resources is grateful for the Permitting Council’s selection, which provides enhanced transparency into federal environmental reviews and authorizations,” said George Salamis, President, CEO and Director of Integra Resources. “Integra remains committed to a rigorous, inclusive, and collaborative NEPA process, supported by many years of stakeholder engagement, environmental baseline studies, and technical refinement of the mine plan. With the BLM’s anticipated 15-month NEPA review period, we believe DeLamar is well positioned to advance efficiently through permitting. Once in production, DeLamar is expected to be a cornerstone asset supporting Integra’s strategy of building a high-quality portfolio of heap-leach operations in the Great Basin of the United States.”

This project received its FAST-41 Transparency Dashboard status in response to the Executive Order (E.O.) on Immediate Measures to Increase American Mineral Production. Transparency status gives the DeLamar project access to many of the unique benefits of FAST-41, including a dedicated Permitting Council project advisor, the development of a comprehensive permitting timetable, and active engagement and coordination across permitting agencies.

About the Permitting Council and FAST-41

Established in 2015 by Title 41 of the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST-41), the Federal Permitting Improvement Steering Council (Permitting Council) is a federal agency charged with improving the transparency and predictability of the federal environmental review and authorization process for certain critical infrastructure projects. The Permitting Council is composed of the Permitting Council Executive Director, who serves as the Council Chair; 13 federal agency Council members; and the Chair of the White House Council on Environmental Quality and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. The Office of the Executive Director coordinates federal environmental reviews and authorizations for projects that seek and qualify for FAST-41 coverage, which are in turn entitled to comprehensive permitting timetables and transparent, collaborative management of those timetables on the Federal Permitting Dashboard.
