FY 2025 Recommended Best Practices

Through the Recommended Best Practices for Fiscal Year 2025, the Permitting Council has reissued the best practice recommendations from FY 2017 to FY 2024. This approach provides an opportunity for Permitting Council agencies to revisit established best practices, evaluate their progress toward implementation, and reflect on which have been the most successful in improving the federal permitting process for covered projects. This approach also provides agencies with flexibility to identify their priority areas for future best practice development and implementation.
